Booking
Buying on the website 24 hours ahead costs €1 less. The ticket gives one entry only. If you can't go, you can ask for a refund by email. The ticket office closes one hour before the park and you can't enter after that.
Opening hours
Every day from 10:00. Closing is at 18:00 from November to February; in March, April, May, June, September and October it varies between 18:00 and 21:30 depending on the part of the month and the day of the week; in July and August, at 23:00. On 24 and 31 December it closes at 15:00, and on 5 February at 16:30.

One daytime price

The normal ticket has a single rate, at 10:00 or later in the day. Buying on the park's website 24 hours ahead saves you €1. Tiqets, GetYourGuide and Headout don't usually beat that price, but they can suit you if you're buying on the day and want to avoid the ticket office.

Night entry

When the park closes late there's another option: the night ticket costs €23 general and €18 child, online only, 24 hours ahead, with entry from 19:30. In July and August, with closing at 23:00, that gives you three and a half hours.

If you can't make it

If you can't go, the park gives your money back when you ask by email. Once you're inside, there's no refund.

Train and car park

Cercanías commuter trains stop 600 metres away. The Parking Plaza España, opposite, gives visitors a 50% discount: ask for validation at the ticket office or the shop.
