Tickets are sold on the Viana website and at the ticket office. The interior visit is guided, 40 minutes in Spanish, with written translation in English and French.

September to December 2026: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00; Sundays and public holidays, 10:00 to 15:00. On 6 and 8 December, 10:00 to 15:00; on 7 December, 10:00 to 19:00; on 24 and 31 December, 10:00 to 14:00. In July and August, Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 15:00.

Patios, or patios plus palace

There are two visits. The 12 patios and the institutional area, on the ground floor, cost €8.50. The interior can only be seen on a guided tour, 40 minutes in Spanish with written translation in English and French, for €9. Together they're €14.

If you're coming for the patios, the first is enough. Add the interior if you'd like to see the house: the palace itself stresses that it's a lived-in home, where inherited objects are on show. If your Spanish isn't strong, bear the language in mind.

Photos, bags and access

Photos are only allowed in the patios: not inside, in the institutional area or in the stables. Backpacks and large bags aren't allowed. The patios have ramps for wheelchairs and strollers, and the interior has a lift.

It's closed on Mondays. On Sundays and public holidays it shuts at 15:00, and in July and August it opens Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 15:00.

Free tickets and regional cards

The website publishes no free days: discounts depend on who you are. With the Junta de Andalucía green card the patios cost €5, and with the gold card you don't pay, but those two tickets are sold only at the ticket office.
