Start with the calendar

This park has no timetable that holds all year: each day has its own, and some days it's closed. The official calendar also gives you the price, and the general ticket ranges from €44.90 at the ticket office to €23.90 online on the cheapest days.

That's why the Flexiticket, the undated ticket, is a poor buy unless you really don't know when you'll go: it's sold at the ticket office price.

Measured with your shoes on

Height rules here. Over 140 cm pays general, and 100 to 140 cm pays reduced. Under 100 cm doesn't pay, but the child must be with someone holding a paid ticket.

You're measured with your shoes on, so if your child is close to 140 cm, footwear can change the rate.

Over-65s, large families with their official certificate and people with a disability of 33% or more also pay reduced. People with a disability get a free companion and priority access once per ride too.

Three ways to pay less

The combined ticket with the Zoo suits a two-day family plan. Both are in Casa de Campo, but they're long visits, so don't expect to do them on the same day.

When to look past the official website

A reseller can help if your date is expensive on the official website, or if you'd rather pay for everything in one purchase. Check the official calendar first: on low-price days, buying direct is usually best.

Metro line 10 to Batán

Line 10 drops you at Batán, 50 metres from the entrance. By car, take the N-V or the M-30 and follow the Parque de Atracciones exit. Buses go there too, such as line 33 from Príncipe Pío.
