Copies, not originals

Everything here is a copy. Madrid's official tourist board describes the works as reproductions of several Banksy pieces, made by a dozen anonymous street artists. If you want to see real Banksys, you won't find them here.

Ticket times and the Thursday question

The official website says tickets are valid from 10:00 until closing, with last entry at 19:15. The tourist board adds that the museum closes at 21:00 on Thursdays, which the museum's own website doesn't mention, so don't rely on it.

You can buy online or at the ticket office. On Tiqets, the plain ticket can be cancelled before your time slot, but the combo with the stencil workshop can't.

Cheapest day for a guide

According to the tourist board, a guided tour is included in the ticket on Mondays, subject to availability, and costs €4.50 at weekends. The Monday tours in Spanish are at 11:00 and 17:00, so ask the museum about other languages. If any day suits you, Monday is the cheapest way to go with a guide.
