Booking

Madrid: online beats the ticket office

The general ticket costs €39.90 at the ticket office and from €19.90 online. These prices were published on 4 November 2026 with the park closed, and they can change. For Villanueva, buy on the park's own website, which is where that online price appears.

If you don't know your day, an open-date ticket costs €39.90, or €33.90 for the reduced one. Dated tickets can't be changed or refunded. If the park closes because of bad weather, capacity or safety, it gives you another date.

The bus from Plaza de Castilla

There's a bus from Plaza de Castilla station, leaving at 11:30 and returning at 20:00. These times can vary, so check them before you buy.
