Fine Arts Museum: free, with one limit

There's no ticket to pay for. Just watch the clock: staff start clearing the rooms 10 minutes before closing, and anyone coming in at last entry, 19:30, gets only a 20-minute route. It's closed on Mondays.

IVAM: pick your day

The general ticket is €5, but you can avoid it twice a week. Sunday is free all day, 10:00 to 19:00. Wednesday is free only from 16:00 to 19:00. The museum's website also lets you reserve the free ticket.

If you have the Valencia Tourist Card

The 24, 48 or 72-hour card takes 50% off at IVAM. The 7-day card includes it. With a €5 ticket and two free windows, that's no reason to buy a card: read the Valencia Tourist Card page first.

A Sunday with both

That's the day to see both without paying and with less clock-watching: the Fine Arts Museum opens until 20:00 and IVAM until 19:00.
