Each building is paid for separately

There's no single ticket: combined tickets are how you put buildings together. The cheapest is the Science Museum (Museu de les Ciències) with the Hemisfèric, €14.10 in the official shop, compared with €18.80 separately. If you're not planning on the aquarium, that's your ticket.

If you're visiting the Oceanogràfic too, look at the three-site ticket: in low season it costs €45.55, only €8.55 more than the aquarium alone, and it's valid for one, two or three days. The Oceanogràfic page has the detail.

Simulator, screenings and discounts

At the Science Museum, weekend activities such as the space simulator cost €3.50 extra and run at set times. The programme changes, so look it up before you go.

At the Hemisfèric the session matters: pick your film before buying and arrive early enough to collect headphones in your language.

The 15% discounts for Carné Joven, student-card and unemployed visitors are given at the ticket office, and large and single-parent families also get 15% off. They don't apply on Tiqets or Headout, and Tiqets tickets can't be cancelled.

Parking at the Umbracle

The Umbracle car park costs €2.30 an hour, up to €24 a day. With a ticket for any building, the promotional rate falls to €7 a day until closing time. Overnight parking isn't included.
