Free for Super3 card holders aged 0 to 14, on showing it at the ticket office. The accompanying adult buys their €21 ticket directly at the ticket office. Maximum four Super3 holders per related adult; can't be combined with other offers.
Booking
The cheapest option is the official website, where you choose date and time; you can buy about a month ahead. It costs more at the ticket office because of handling fees. Once bought, no changes or refunds are accepted, unless the museum has to close.

Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:30 (last entry at 18:30). Friday and Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00 (last entry at 19:00).

Museum website or a reseller

On the museum website you choose your day and time, about a month ahead at most. At the ticket office you also pay a handling fee.

The catch with the website is that it allows no changes or refunds, unless the museum has to close. On Tiqets you can cancel before your time slot, which is worth it if your trip isn't fixed.

Family prices

A child aged 6 to 16 pays €17. The €59.90 pack covers two adults and two children of that age, and only pays off if all four of you go.

Children up to 14 with a Super3 card get in free by showing it at the ticket office. The adult buys their €21 ticket there too, so in this case don't buy online. The limit is four children per adult, who must be a relative, and it can't be combined with other offers.

Last entry and bag storage

Last entry is at 18:30 from Sunday to Thursday, and at 19:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

Bag storage costs €1 per item. Two areas of the museum aren't wheelchair accessible.
