Same price, no way to cancel

The ticket alone costs the same on the official website and on Tiqets, and neither lets you cancel. If you live in the Canary Islands, buy from the official shop: that's where you'll find the resident rate of €19 and €13.50, and you'll be asked for proof at the entrance. That shop is also where you pick your day and time.

GetYourGuide's tours only pay off if you want the whole day planned for you, with Vegueta and Triana, with Guayadeque, or from Tenerife.

Before you pick a time slot

Allow plenty of time to get there, because the ticket can't be refunded. The aquarium also warns that some facilities may be closed, with no right to a refund or new date. You can't use a flash anywhere on the route.

There are three zones: Jungle, Tropical and Deep Ocean. The official shop sells a digital photo pack for up to five people.

It's at Muelle del Sanapú, 22, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Bus lines 12, 21, 45, 47 and 60 pass nearby.
